Our BPA member Andrae has just published his first illustrated children’s book “Little Brit and the Jungle Kings”.
It’s a project that he has been working on for some time and it will soon be available in three different languages, with French and Spanish translations also being published
It was fantastic to have our first guest speaker of 2023 sharing his experience and supporting our Young people in choices for the future.
Josh Tulloch , Oxford Alumni and founder of "Footprints " delivered an authentic and impactful presentation to inspire the young audience in our February event.
About the programme
Participants will take part in a range of online academic tutorials, mentoring sessions and academic activities hosted by Imperial College London or other participating universities and partners. The programme aims to support participants with their studies and ensure they are prepared for university.
Through this programme participants will:
Attend masterclasses in science, engineering and maths subjects to support students with revision
Get advice and guidance on studying STEM subjects from university students of similar backgrounds and interests studying a range of degrees
Attend study skills, personal development, and careers workshops
Build their confidence when applying to research intensive universities like Imperial College London, which require an A/A* in their chosen subject
Gain an insight into undergraduate level study, and what it is like to be a student at Imperial College London
